​​Hello! My name is 
Dr. Rhonda Reagh. I am a Speaker, Coach, Trainer of Leaders, Consultant and a Certified Daring Way ™ Facilitator.

Rhonda Reagh, Ph.D., LISW, owner of Reagh & Associates, provides personal, executive and group coaching; training to develop better leaders; and consulting to build effective organizations. Training and consulting services are designed for nonprofits, public agencies, and large and small businesses – even startups.

During her 30-plus years in social services administration in Ohio, Rhonda served in executive and management roles at several county and state agencies and at a membership association. She also held leadership positions in national and state organizations and on private and nonprofit boards.
Rhonda established Reagh & Associates in 2011. She remains a licensed independent social worker (LISW) in Ohio to provide the clinical insights and assessments her clients often need.

The foundation for Rhonda’s coaching, training and consulting work is based primarily on these teachings and practices: The Daring Way ™, Rising Strong, Positive Psychology, Strengths Perspective, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Preferences, Immunity to Change, and Ecological Theory.
